This 30-Hour Salesperson Remedial course is designed for currently licensed Salespersons who completed the NY 45-hour Salesperson Licensing course prior to July 1, 2008, and are now seeking a NY Broker’s license. In addition to this course, Salespersons must also complete a two-hour CE course on Fair Housing and/or Implicit Bias training, and the 75-hour Broker Licensing course.
